A few things to know before your visit so we can give you the best possible experience.

Before Your Appointment
Booking online
Create an account through our online booking system using a laptop or computer. A credit card is required to secure your appointment and will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not met. Appointments can be booked up to six months in advance.
Choosing the right service
Please select the correct colour service when booking, as each service requires a different amount of time. Not sure what to book? Contact us or book a complimentary consultation.
Appointment confirmations
We send appointment confirmations approximately seven days before your visit by text or email. Please keep your contact information up to date. If we’re unable to reach you, your appointment may be cancelled.
Need to reschedule or cancel?
You can manage your appointments directly through our online booking system. Please review our Cancellation Policy before making changes.
Can't find an appointment?
We recommend checking our booking system regularly. Cancellations happen, and new openings may become available.
During Your Appointment
Arrive on time
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment for check-in and preparation. Arrivals 30 minutes or more late are subject to our $50 late fee. Late arrivals may also require a shortened or rescheduled service.
Come with clean, salon-quality hair care
Please avoid using heavy buildup products before your visit. If you have questions about your current hair care routine, reach out before your appointment.
Personal belongings
Colour services involve professional products that may stain clothing and personal items. Please leave valuables and delicate garments at home. Lisa Dinh Hair Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Make yourself comfortable
Colour appointments can take 3–5 hours or longer, depending on your service. Feel free to bring snacks, a fully charged device, or anything else that makes your visit more comfortable. We offer complimentary water, tea, and Wi-Fi.
Consultation & hair integrity
Every service begins with a consultation to discuss your hair goals, history, and what's realistically achievable. Previous colour, box dye, chemical treatments, and hair damage may affect your results. If we believe a service could compromise your hair's integrity, we may recommend an alternative or decline the service.
Some services may require a consultation in advance or a signed consent form.
Trust the process
Great hair takes time. Please allow enough flexibility in your schedule, as timing can vary depending on your hair history, desired result, and service.
