We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please cancel through our online booking system within the permitted cancellation window, or email us at lisadinhhairstudio@gmail.com.
A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Please ensure your card details and contact information are up to date.
We send appointment confirmations approximately seven days before your visit via text or email, based on your booking preferences. If we’re unable to reach you, your appointment may be cancelled.
